FA West Papua
Background
The Football Association West Papua is an association which manages the national football team of West Papua and organises matches and tournaments with other teams from underrepresented nations and states.
The association was established in 2017 and is a proud member of CONIFA (Confederation of Independent Football Associations), the international governing body for association football teams which are not a member of FIFA. The matches and tournaments organised in the Netherlands by the national football team of West Papua are played on the grounds of Quick in The Hague, the Netherlands.
