Background

Cumann Sacair Geailge. Gaelic FA represents the “Gaeilge” speaking communities both inside and outside the official “Gaeltacht” region in Ireland.
39,8% of the population (~1.9 million) in the Republic of Ireland can speak Irish (Gaelic), though only about 72 000 speak it daily. The Gaelic FA has a ambition to launch both Men, Women, Youth and Disabled football teams.
