CONIFA is pleased to invite applications from interested media wishing to cover the 2018 World Football Cup in London. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee accreditation.

Accreditation is required for media to attend matches, press conferences, stadium mix zones and other media locations during the World Football Cup.

The application window closes at 5pm London time, 18 May. Successful applicants will be notified on a rolling basis in three batches. Applicants who apply before 2 March will be advised of the status of their application on 5 March. Applicants who apply before 6 April will be advised on 9 April. Applicants who apply before 18 May will be advised on 21 May.

By submitting the below form, you hereby agree to: 1) be contacted by CONIFA; 2) follow CONIFA’s media rules as advised from time-to-time; and 3) while in a stadium, press conference, official venue or media area, follow the directions of CONIFA staff during the tournament.

Please note that media accreditation does not include permission to film World Football Cup matches. Filming of footage of up to one minute of length for social media, a television news story or other incidental use will be permitted. Any additional filming will be considered an infringement of CONIFA’s intellectual property rights. Media who wish to broadcast World Football Cup matches or have access to extended highlights packages should contact CONIFA to discuss licensing.

CONIFA reserves the right to revoke the accreditation of an applicant at any time for any reason.
