CONIFA – a gamechanger for a better world.

 

It´s an huge honor to announce that CONIFA has been selected as one of the 40 best “projects” in the world to represent “Designed for Peace” by the Smithsonian Cooper Hewitt Design Museum in New York. The exhibition opens 10th July 2022 and will be open for visitors until 2024, when the exhibition might go on a international roadtour.
The exhibition is open for visitors at Smithsonian Design Museum, 2 East 91st Street, New York, NY 10128, but also avaliable as a online exhibition for a global audience.

Our Global Women’s Football Director, d’Alary Dalton, visited Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum’s CONIFA exhibition earlier this month:

FA Sapmi – World Champions 2022

CONIFA congratulates FA SAPMI for their win in the maiden edition of the CONIFA Women World Football Cup 2022. The tournament were hosted by Tibet National Sports Association and were played in the Tibetan settlement of Paonta Cholsum, India, 1 – 6th July 2022. We would also take the opportunity to thanks the Tibet National Sports Association for a world class hosting and their contribution to develop Women football in the world.
